Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 12, 2026
This policy explains what Juko Sports, LLC ("Juko," "we," "us") collects, how we use it, and your choices. It covers jukosports.com, the Juko app and community at app.jukosports.com, our online store, and our events.
1. Who uses Juko
Parents or legal guardians are always the account holder and the one who pays. Athletes 13 and up can have their own account. Athletes under 13 use their parent's account.
2. Kids under 13
We follow the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
At checkout, the parent confirms they are the parent or legal guardian and agrees to let their athlete use Juko on their account. An athlete under 13 can't use the app until this is done.
When an athlete under 13 uses the app, we only collect chat posts, activity like points and courses completed, and basic device info needed to run the app. We never ask for their name, age, school, or location, and we remove chat posts that share that kind of information. We don't use it for ads and never sell it.
Parents can ask to see or delete their athlete's information, or stop their athlete from using Juko, at any time by emailing support@jukosports.com.
If we learn a child under 13 is using Juko without a parent's consent, we delete their information.
3. What we collect
- Name, email, and phone number
- Shipping address when we mail a reward or order
- Payment details, handled by our payment processor (we never see full card numbers)
- Chat posts, points, levels, and courses completed in the app
- Basic device and usage information
4. How we use it
To run Juko, process payments, ship rewards, send messages you've agreed to, keep the community safe, answer support requests, and improve Juko.
5. Chat and safety
There are no private messages between members. All chat happens in open spaces our team moderates. We use an automated tool to flag messages, and a person on our team makes the final call. Athletes are never on camera during streams in the app.
6. Photos, video, and live streams at in-person events
Juko is a media company, and we film our in-person events to share positive sports content. These events may be photographed, recorded, and live streamed on our social media channels.
To RSVP for an in-person event, a parent or legal guardian must check a consent box agreeing that their athlete may appear in photos, videos, and live streams from that in-person event. We save that consent with their RSVP.
We don't share an athlete's last name, school, or home address in content from in-person events. We never post photos or video from in-person events in the app without separate parent permission.
To ask us to take down a photo or video of your athlete, email support@jukosports.com.
7. Sharing
We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run Juko, and only what they need. We may also share it if the law requires it or if Juko is sold or merged.
8. Text messages
By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Juko Sports, including account updates, reminders, and promotional messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@jukosports.com or (702) 308-9500.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
9. How long we keep it
We keep information while your account is active and delete it within 90 days after you cancel, except what we're required to keep for legal, tax, or payment reasons.
10. Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information, or stop emails and texts, by emailing support@jukosports.com. Unsubscribe links are in every marketing email.
11. Nevada residents
We do not sell personal information. Questions can go to support@jukosports.com.
12. Location
Juko is intended for families in the United States. This policy is governed by Nevada law.
13. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For big changes, we'll email account holders first.
